  • In my mediation practice, I focus on understanding power dynamics, acknowledging privilege and oppression, fostering cultural competence, and prioritizing inclusivity to ensure all parties feel respected and heard. Together with my clients, we take a collaborative problem-solving approach to build shared solutions. Typically, the mediation process follows this structure:

    Introduction Meeting: We set the context for the mediation.

    1:1 Meetings: Each party has a 45-60 minute individual meeting.

    Joint Sessions: A decided number of joint sessions between parties, each lasting 75 minutes.

    Closing Meetings: A final 1:1 meeting with each party, lasting 45-60 minutes.

  • My journey has led me to facilitate complex dialogues, ranging from conversations between local communities in conflict, members of a family business navigating succession planning, leadership teams in crisis, and local authorities seeking to better understand their residents. These diverse experiences profoundly shape my role as a conflict resolution and dialogue facilitator.

    In my capacity as a facilitator, I leverage these rich experiences to guide groups through crucial and intricate conversations—dialogues that they may have been avoiding or are unsure how to approach.
